Our Policies

Arcadia Valley Bungalows is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. One night deposit including taxes is required and will be charged to your credit card when the reservation is made. The remaining balance will be automatitcally charged to the card on file during your stay.  If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a partial refund may be made.

If you are not able to keep your reservation, you will be permitted a one-time rescheduling as long as we have availability.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Check-in:  You will do a Self-check-in directly at your bungalow #, EXCEPT BUNGALOWS 7, 9A & 9B as those require keys.  (call for arrangements for those with keys) The bungalows main address is 210 East Walnut St. Arcadia, MO 63621.  You will then go to your reserved bungalow #.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Door Code:  is the last 4-digits of your phone number you listed when you made your reservation and will be active anytime after 3pm.  To get into your bungalow you will enter your 4-digit code.

Smoking Policy: We respectfully request that guests do not smoke in the houses and instead smoke outside.  Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked inside our house/s will be subject to a fine of $200.

Pet Policy: Pets are Allowed only in our "Pet Friendly" Bungalows for an additional fee.

Gift Certificate Policy: Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
